HEIWA (平和)

This 1333 sq ft condo houses a young couple favouring a Japandi style.

 

Styled in a light wood tone, the common area focused on simplicity, creating a peaceful and warm environment for the clients who spend most of their time there.

 

Meanwhile, stripping away from the straight lines, curvy and rattan furniture were proposed to achieve a minimalist yet cosy atmosphere. Complemented by the Herringbone SPC flooring, it gives the common area a touch of flair. For a cohesive look, the existing door panels for the kitchen cabinets and outer carcass are replaced with custom-made Japandi panels.

 

In the master bedroom, distinctly artisanal furniture with a darker tone is featured to instill a sense of calm and character while keeping the clean aesthetic. Overall, the result was as the customer had envisioned it to be, especially the Herringbone flooring that completely transformed the ambiance of the common area where he enjoyed spending time in.
