This subsale condo, completed back in 2006, has been thoughtfully transformed after nearly two decades. The design embraces a Modern Scandinavian style with a soft coastal influence, featuring light woods, sandy neutrals and calming blue tones that bring a bright, cosy and relaxed character to the home.
The kitchen was reworked from a fully closed layout into a half open concept, with a glass sliding window separating the dry and wet areas to keep the space practical while still feeling open. In the master bedroom, a customised bedhead with integrated compartments adds extra storage without compromising bed size.
All the bathrooms and the powder room were also refreshed, each with its own colour story, warm wood tones in the master bathroom, soft pink shades in the girl’s bathroom and refreshing green tiles in the powder room. It gives every space its own personality while still feeling cohesive throughout the home.
